Sunday 3-24-13 at Pyramid

Tried to avoid some of the wind and go Sunday but it was still breezy but not too bad. There was ANOTHER Bass Tournament so any trout in the launch area had been run out of town by all the activity.

The first two hours tried working the underwater camera to look for my rod that went overboard two weeks ago but the wind kept me drifting too fast to get a good stable view.

Started fishing at 9:20 and had some action every now and then but at about 11;30 the bite just stopped. We picked up one or two more before leaving at 3 with a total of 10 stripers in the boat all from the same spot.

As we trailered the boat, the bass guys were bringing their day’s catch and releasing them next to the ramp. Largemouth, Smallmouth, Badmouth (they’re the worst!) all took off to find their way home.
