Help with kayak launch for Lobster in Long beach

Hey everyone,
So a couple of us wanted to go out to Long Beach and drop some hoop nets for bugs. Been fishing In this area during the day and usually park near the aquarium. Does anyone know if this area is still open at night, looking for a place to launch some kayaks in the afternoon to try our luck on Lobster?

Yeah it's still open but I would say go to cherry beach and put them in the water there or Belmont shore area

Launch ramp at queens way bridge . Beach next down town marina .
