8/27 Quick report

So I am not a striper fisherman but my friend who is also mainly a trout fisherman invited me out on his boat to do some trolling. We ended up catching just 1 small striper on a trolled anchovy. Water temperature was around 77 degrees and almost all the fish metered were around 80-100 ft. Weren't too many people fishing but plenty of skiiers.

Thanks for the report. First fishing report from Pyramid in months. Maybe we caught them all last spring?
I would try again in the fall when the skiers are gone, on a Wednesday, and try throwing some shad like hard baits. That's my plan.
