Well There probably making a " big deal" because the spoted baybass is somewhat of a hybrid species and there population isent exactly booming, so when you keep 3 or 4 which is a good chance were female fish from spawning next season and come to this board where the majority of the people are respectable and experienced anglers, and boast about it, usually your gonna tic a few people off, being that Sbb's arnt the best tasting fish and there toxic theres really no reason to keep them, its inshore code No One keeps spotties.

may i ask why every one is making a big deal on keeping the spotties i started fishing a couple months ago and first time salt water fishing my friend hes been fishing for 15 years and hes the one who kept them he said they were good so why is every one being so crazy u left a nice comment i think so thats why im askin you. jpod
