I've fished down that way where Hwy 145 (I think that's it anyways) crosses the duct, fished below a set of gates there a couple times, only caught a 3lb striper tho, congrats on the big one!
you ever come down to coalinga to fish the duct? I havent been there in a while but have caught one 10lb'er out there and some misc bass.
