use light set up no more than 4 lb test. We fished right at the right of the boat launch, not to be confused with the boat dock. Barely casted maybe 4 - 6 feet out in really shallow water. Carolina rig with a 1/4 oz weight. You have to keep your finger on the line to feel the bite. These fish will sit there with the bait in their mouth but don't run. When you feel the slightest bit of resistance, set the hook. It takes a little practice but you'll get used to it. Use half night crawlers and thread them on the hook in a way where some of the tail is hanging off the end and wiggling. Fish about two hours before sunset or early in the morning. When I woke up this morning the fish where feeding. Hope this helps.
