I notice it looks like u r really close to houses how do u know ur not trespassing? I just don't want to get yelled at lol. Any advice u can give for a successful trip would be cool. Baja Directions sells a map of NPH that gives gps locations and the type of fish you catch in the locations. You can find them at Turners, Sport Chalet, and West Marine. Or you can go to there website.

Hey Eddie you gave me some pointers a couple months ago and I got all my nets and gear. Just have two more questions if ok. Do the buggs prefer shallow or deeper depths depending on time of year? And if fishing shallower what do you do with excess line on the hoop? I have 75 ft on mine. Would appreciate any help. Thanks Rusty aka slow_witted_1

Hey Eddie - Gotta question for ya. Dana sent me this site and I'm thinking we're probably going to attend the one of the seminars (http://www.promarnets.com/seminars.aspx) on the 20th at BPS in Rancho. What do you think about Promar stuff/prices? There's also a yak specific clinic: (http://www.ckfbbs.com/Lobster_Hooping_Clinic.html) and we may attend that as well.

I know you're "anti-yak" (LOL!) - but have you heard any pros/cons? I'm guessing this would be a good thing for us to learn hooping and especially from the yaks.

    Gearing up for Bug Season!

    Thanks!
