Hey Everyone. Hope everyone had a nice Labor Day weekend. I go the the Dr.'s tomorrow . I don't think he will release me to go back to work yet. Buy who knows. I sure miss Irvine Lake. I also miss my income. Things are getting tight. Need to get back to work and build back up my bank accounts. That will give me a little more comfort zone. Anyway , Trout Season will be here before you know it and I for one am so ready. If I have a good Season like last year then maybe I just might get that DD trout that has just been out of my reach. I had one chance last Season at a DD and I ended up loosing it. It broke my line after I ajusted my drag. I should of just left it alone. It was a day of great fishing at Irvine Lake and I hope to repeat many more great days fishing at Irvine Lake this Season. wishing you all a DD this year !!! Patrick
Tm65 i cant wait to cya bro. The vine aint the same without ya there. I am a member of the private forum but thats like sharing with 100 people..LOL.. I know ya like the bait and wait TM65 but in my opinion ya got a hell of alot better shot at a DD using lures. I have caught a total of 13 trout over 10lbs and 11 of them came from various lures. One tip for ya > Reel slow then when you think your reeling slow, reel even slower!
