Yes sir, I have stocked many OC Parks and lakes. No, I have not had people taking my pictures while conducting the illegal activity. I did however retain permission from State Rangers during 2 of the stockings.
bro....you might of stocked a lake......but you haven't been pictured and reported to DFG for illegal conduct...and then you go on adding on to more possible charges LOL
