good tunes and video....when i get home i'll book a guide trip with you(if it cools down alittle)....we are in or. headed to sequim wa. today...have steering problem and a ford service app.tomorrow... i hope it works out and won't slow us down.....don't worry about the short eared owls having enough trees, i've seen enough trees to house millions of the owls....if you have a minute shoot me some info on your trip to the h.s.... where did you fish and what were you using to catch the browns....kirk

Aaron sitting in the coach down in oc, going to see grandkids play ball, hanging with wife and our kids...AND surf fishing...what a lot of fun...going to ball game this am and this pm, grandpa's work is never done...surf fishing is a workout, but good stuff...caught 3 bsp the first morning and 30 bsp the second morning...need to do this more, the scenery is also nice...the lack of people at corona has been great for the die hards..will you fish next week? iam going tues. for sure and thurs or fri??? did you get my e-mail?.....let me know.............kirk

Aaron just to add to the post...fished 4lb and 2lb today with the same baits and caught more fish on the 4lb because i wasn't retying as often.....kirk
Aaron Those long shank hooks are not going to work out...i straighten them out yesterday on three hook sets, but i was afraid that would happen...i backed the drag off more each time and they still open up enough to cause a long release...oh well...i enjoyed yesterday alot and all you have to do is ask, for future stuff, and i'll be there....i enjoyed meeting kerry, nice guy......see ya soon kirk
