I was at Vail on Tuesday the 13th. I was able to get some shad for the first time in a while, but it was still slow. I caught 22 with the largest going about 5 3/4 lbs. I think I caught it twice three hours apart. I have been catching a lot of the nicer fish right on the rocky banks recently. I mean like a foot off the bank. Last week I got a 7lb fish and last month I got a 9 lb one. Larry
