Thank you very much Gary! I will take your advice and try your technique for skinny shad and KPN top water lure hoping to slay some stripers soon.
no the KPN skinny shad is for subsurface and it vibrates, it does not walk the dog, you CAN work it aggressively to where the lure is just up under the surface and I've caught many a boiling fish using this method but for the better part if the fish are right on the top, then the KPN Mini shap topwater is the better choice. The skinny shad does get em all the time, it's just not a topwater lure and you DO NOT walk the dog... good luck, Gary
