Just an FYI for anyone going to fish NB - Just noticed they took the bait barge in for the winter.

That would be the one that sits at the harbor mouth of Newport Harbor between the jetties from about late april until about this time of year every year where you can buy live bait. They take it inside the harbor for maintenance and just because of a lack of business this time of year.
