Try Google. Although the last time we were there we went to the docks the day b4 we wanted to fish and asked questions at the tackle shops. they found us a great boat. Good Luck!!!!

I have a private charter lined up for 9 hrs of fishing on a 35 foot bertram for 2 of us. I was hoping to find info on the different charters and peoples experience with them i.e. good or bad.

There is no shortage of charters in Kona.
Most have ads at the big hotels and you can always negotiate a deal.
I've caught sailfish and blue marlin out of there

Sorry bro, I chartered a six pack in Kona 8 years ago. I no longer remember who it was. I will actually be Maui and Oahu next month. I gotta do my research too. Good luck on your choice of charter.

Hey Saintarv,

Did the sub thing in Maui last year. Pretty cool. We were on the ocean floor at 100 feet and swa bunches and bunches of fish. My daughter loved it.
