Headed to a local pond/park yesterday and fished around noon time.
After loosing my jig, I asked another angler if I could buy a worm hook from him. He gave me a 3/0 Gamakatsu EWG hook for free. Thank you John.
So I rigged it Texas style with a pegged weigh on a brush hog and 15 minutes later, fish on.
It was a good fish since it peeled drag and it took me a bit to bring it ashore.
