I rarely see dedication to keeping customers happy online after a year like this company has done! I'm a diver, angler, billiard player & bowler. I bowl to better myself & to get together with friends during leagues & tournaments.
Recently bowling alleys have started to re-open providing certain health regulations are followed. I dug out my bowling equipment out of my climate controlled storage locker to see how bad my timing has become. Seems i lost 6 balls that has cracked completely around during the Pandemic. Reax, HyRoad Emerald, Code Red, IQ Tour, Phase II & my newest addition the Blue Hustle.
I don't use a plastic ball for my spares so now looking for a new weak reactive ball. Maybe a urethane? I'm not affiliated with this company but as a fellow online business operator myself i recognize companies that care about their customers. This is one of them:)
