Fished the Wood Monday and had no bites for 6 hours of fishing, we did visually see schools of Trout numbering in at around 30, could not get any commitments... Water temp 56.
Tuesday fished Perris and was blessed with 5 fish in 5 hours, the water temp toped out at 59 degrees. all the fish were caught in 6 feet of water and less.
Looks like the spring bite has started.
I'm hoping others will also post their catches so we will have a better understanding of what is happening out there...
Ps. Shout out to "The Jig Guy" Hoping you and your Wife are doing well...
