Dana point jetty after work 3/19

Took advantage of the extra light after work to fish the jetty in 10-15mph wind and fog rolled in THICK. No bites for 2 hours on the 5” swimbait, then got one bite after the fog rolled in, fought it for a few seconds before it came off. Nice to be back out there and test out my new configuration of orra inshore full of 40lb braid and 7’6” 15-30lb rod. The fish are still in the usual spots just need the water to warm up to get them going.

Good to see someone getting out. I haven’t even used my 2021 license yet😂
