Limited out on trout at Silverwood lake. All trout were caught on salmon peach/yellow power bait and jigs around the boat ramp area. Fish all became trout tacos =)

You're on a roll. As long as you are driving that far check out Hesperia lake and jess ranch lakes. The back road through the valley past deep creek will take you to both.

Ha still working on the jigs, other people caught a lot more trout on the jigs than me. Only caught 2 on the jigs the rest were on powerbait.

Here's an easy way to fish trout on an Mini Jig. Get a Green rattingling bobber! (no red and white Snoopy bobbers) Hang a working Mini Jig (a jig that people are catching trout on) Put a large Meal worm on it and dip it in Garlic! You can move it if you want or dead stick it! They will bite it both ways.

Saw someone doing that, but without the mealworm/garlic. Think he limited out too.
