thanks guys. ya the lower has a lot of grass in it.. in rows though.. so might be good to hit it. i want to get a big one from up top so been grinding there the most though.. remember all the hogs from back in the day came from the upper.. i think it still has the best fish just harder to find them.. well the lower though too is tough. compared to florida ect.. but ya the new generation are around 9-12" and all over the place right now. cya

CONGRATS on that fat lady, solid chunk right there!
Got my PB from the lower lagoon as well, 2 Summers ago also in August. Went about 3 weeks ago and got a few dinks, love that spot. Never seen so many skunks and raccoons in one night though, also had a run in with a rattler coming for a drink. Careful out there guys.
