Things are still tough out there. I've heard tell of a good fish here and there, but there isn't really any pattern to speak of. I trolled a BBZ1 around the trout stocking areas, stripped a fly, dropped the umbrella rig and ended up with just a 3 1/2 pound largemouth trolling. Saw one person land a smaller striper soaking liver. Not like last year, but that's half the fun isn't it? Just gotta wait them out or figure them out.
