Hi Alakai I fish this piece of water a lot >> 5mins from the house<< the crew rowers should be looking where they are going . Even with their backs to the direction they are traveling. I am in a kayak and have had contact with them . There coaches are their second set of eyes . If they are rowing with out support boat they are responsible for you safety while rowing . They don’t move over or arent willing to change direction while on the water . With that it’s best just be aware of them , the Duffy fleet is like wild people on water << rental Duffy.
