There was supposed to be trout the week of 02/24 but as of yet there’s nothing. Any kind of issue prevent stocking on schedule?

The LA County and Orange County lakes got stocked the week before that. I too was chasing imaginary stocking trucks that didn't exist. But hey, stocking 2 weeks in a row was weird any way. So for them not to stock isn't surprising!
