Was fishing the inlet this morning and I swear in the fast whitewater I could smell chlorine?! Wasn't like that on Tuesday. Maybe that's why the bite in that area was off from earlier in the week too.

MWD chlorinated the SD canal Thursday night-Friday morning for algae treatment. They de-chlorinated just upstream of Skinner.
