Day on the flats, poling a low incoming tide here in the Big Bend area. The basis of the challenge is to prove the point that you don't have to have the best gear to get out and catch these fish. Cool video! I bought my daughter when she was about 5 (17now) a Shakespeare’s micro spin (UL)from Walmart, which was about $20. That set up has landed some nice fish up to 5lbs over the years. Talk about learning drag.
