Managing a multi-site company is challenging especially when it comes to energy consumption. We are finding ways to regulate and reduce our energy consumption and it seems difficult especially that we have multiple locations. To those who can relate how do you manage energy usage and what are your ways to reduce it? Do you have tools to assist you because in our company we just use excel sheets to record everything.
