Question on Peirs

Hello Everyone,

Just wondering when fishing a peir with no license. Can you fish and hoop at the same time.

If yes, can you still have two hoop nets plus a fishing pole??

Permutations:

2 poles, no hoops.

1 pole & 1 hoop.

2 hoops, no poles.


* careful hooping, there are a couple extra rules to abide by.
