Guide trip mon striper rookies do some slayin

........tony took his girl friend patty out for some striper fishin ,tony had done a little striper fishing up north patty had never done any. we hit the water jammed around looking for boiling action but there was only singular pops here and there . so we started trolling looking for the best build up spots of schools and bait, most everything was sitting way lower than a few days ago ,but they dropped the lake level by almost 3ft we we got there in the morning ,i always check the dam face wet line and where the water is related to the dock ramp. the best bait ball areas were on the ski arm ,but the best biting was on the fish arm ,figure that one out. tony and patty struggled with the trolling thing and farmed several big ones but slowly got the hang of things and put some meat on the boat . we caught 7 or 8 greencarp by catch , which tony thought was kind of funny ,till they got to be a newsense. the weather was really nice ,the bald eagles are back ,and the clouds were off and on............thank you tony and patty cant wait for the next round................T/O.................
