Cool, sounds like a neat exhibit.
Theoretically, if Steelhead were to be re-established miraculously in the LA River and spawned in the nearby mountains, or in other streams that once had steelhead, all fishing would probably be banned, due to their endangered species rating. For example, look at some of the creeks in Malibu or south of Dana Point. Food for thought.
