Lake Casitas

Hey guys,
Sorry I haven't been active in a while. This Saturday(June 4th) I was planning on running up to Casitas. I'm not an experienced angler with these large lakes, I mainly fish small city park lakes. Any areas/techniques I should try? I'm looking to catch some largemouth. I was thinking on bringing a smaller finesse rig for dropshotting/small plastics, a rod for jerkbaits, and maybe a big stick for throwing some big swimbaits if there are bluegill or trout in the waters right now. Thanks for the help.

big red worm or small nightcrawler
is the way to go on the perches...
small splitshot a foot or two above
your bait,,, you'll get bit!!!!
