Do you need to have a Kayak inspected to fish Crowley?

I saw somewhere that you needed to get a motorized boat quaga mussel inspected at the boat launch but not sure if this applies to kayaks or non-motorized boats. We float tube Crowley and usually just launch from Mcgees, Sandy's, or Green Bank areas... I have a small yak i purchased a year ago but havent taken out yet...thinking about taking it up to Crowley and trying it out. Any info from folks who have kayaked Crowley this or last season would be appreciated. Another question is do you need to get your yak inspected prior to launching other lakes like any in the June Lake Loop or pleasant Valley?
