Didn't manage any trout. I did THINK I had a trout while we were on a stop at the buoy line. Went bendo on a n crawler, fish made a short run or two. My mind was made up that it was a trout (finally) all the way up until my brother netted the specimen. Turned out to be a gill easily over an lb from about 30' which amused us both.
Water/weather was great.

Dixon been tough for me this year!!!! My buddy's have had some very good days in there, just the day's I go they haven't been biting. I'm thinking of giving it one more try this year on their last derby. (wish me luck!!!)
