For once I read the conditions correctly. Warm temps and a full moon brought the first wave up early. Got a buck and two sows, one went about three pounds full of eggs. A hint for all you sight fisherman, go to war boys, targets are in range.

Hit up Fairmount last Saturday and caught a 1/2 pound bass on a crankbait. Saw some carp hit the surface too. Will try again this weekend!

Yeah, saw that too, the back end of the smaller lake will be dead for awhile with all the carp spawning there. Funny how some dudes think they are bass and waste their whole day trying to catch them.
