Open Bow Center Console Conversion

It's been a while!
It's actually been a long while too since I've had any lines in the water. Late November was the last time I fished any body of water. We did a Catalina Calico trip and had a
great time. Between two of us we landed a bit over 40 or so. Good quality too. I'll be there hopefully soon again.

I found a glastron on CL and picked it up 1st week of dec. I knew it was going to need work to get it up to a fish ready boat but what sealed the deal was the 94 150
johnson it had. Even compression and ran great when tested. Transom was solid like a horse too so I took it. The floor had a soft spot near the rear but no big deal.
I had plans to do the floor. Anyways I could have just glassed the soft spot and slapped a TM on it but the thing would have still been an ugly duck. So I
striped her and went to work and took the winter off fishing for this project. Enjoy the pics

Still have trailer work to do, paint/bunks/lights and wheels. Paint the outboard with new decals. Trolling motor and rod holders for the rails and some other minor
work. Oh and a tune up... Should be good to go late next week.


I Picked this bad boy up too in Louisianan in June She's fully loaded now. I haven't used it much. I took it to the Delta, Havasu, few perris trips
but it's time to put her to good use.

Wow, that is very impressive, I wasn't expecting the final product to look so good based on what you had to start out with. Looks like a brand-new boat!
