If we see mold on a wall, example} we are told to wipe it off with bleach,that will work BUT,Mold is like a octopus with tentacles,you wiped the mold off the wall,but the tentacles
are still in the wall, when the humidity reaches 53% the mold starts growing again.
Now the hermetically sealed.
In the 70's I was a insulator,new energy laws came in, and every thing had to be sealed,
air tight,Wrong, a house need to breathe, open a window a crack to let the house breathe,
We didn't have these mold problems in the old days.

Hi,wormguy. What do you recommend.
I get mold on dress shoes in the closet that I might wear twice a year,
500' from the beach, windows open all the time when not raining and over 60 degrees. No AC.
Mold sometimes on the outside of the house, some on the roof, even rocks in the garden.
Dew on the car in the mornings, fog, ect.
