float tube question?????

im looking at getting the caddis nevada gold float tube and was wondering a couple of things.

1) can u mount the eagle cuda168 fish finder on it???? (and if so how do i do it???)

2) What kind of kicking fins should i get???

People here are torn between two brands: Force Fins or Hot Spot Fins
Personally, I own the Hot Spot fins. I'm happy with it. But I really don't have anything to compare it to.
