Diamond Valley Lake 11/15/2015

Fished Diamond Valley Sunday and my party of three caught an abundance of pan fish on night crawlers and red worms. There is an abundance of bass boiling but none seemed interested with my top water lure. If my memory served me correct the water temperature was 65.5 which isn't too shaby. Water level is definitely down but they have started construction on the ramp.

Any clue when private boats will be able to launch?

I can ask this coming weekend but as goodguy pointed out most likely when the water level rises beyond a certain point. Just hope that this El Nino is going to be a wet one!
