Shimano Crucial issue normal?

Have a 7' 11" MHF and the part of the reel seat that tightens down on the reel keeps backing off. Have to retighten it about every tenth cast or so. Anyone else have this? Any suggestion other than thread locker?

I used to have a reel seat do that to me. I used Teflon tape to snug it down. Worked great for me. Give it a shot.
