They have been wacking the at the Queen Mary public fishing area.
Bubble/Fly Some older guys have been getting them with a 1" x 3" wood dowel and a 8' leader and feather.

Other options are a Krocadile, Kastmaster or LC.

I check the QM spot before work 7:30 ish and noon.
