Surf Sonar!

I live in downtown HB and I ge to the surf alot to fish. After a little research last night I came to a great idea. Think of combining these two products and use it for surf fishing before you even toss your line in. Especially for Halibut Huntin' along all of this sandy beach.

I cant afford these great toys but if anyone in the OC wants to team up on this I do have a place across from the water. What do you think guys?

lol... way more work than it is to fish.... i'd say the good ol fashion way... plus, i dont think the sonar would work that well with the waves...Also, sonar doesnt pick up halibut that great as their swim bladder against the sand doesn't pick up all that well.

Well this def doesnt replace anything but i was thinking it would help cover a couple miles of beach easier for a good spot, and alot of fun doin it
