read on 976-tuna that starting july 30, bluefin will be limited to 2 per angler in california. no other info was added. though i strrongly beleive in taking only what you need, i think they should've gone down to 5. of course, i heard the new lo-ann caught 2 big bluefin at approx 130 and 220...so why would you need more? lol

I looked in the DFW site and they just had the new meeting today.
It says nothing about the July 30th change.

It probably came down from the Pacific fishery council, not the department of fishy and game!!
