castaic boils

fishingboysdad and fishingboysdad's son decided to go to castaic lake this morning and try to get some jailbirds..we were not dissapopinted..we saw lots of boils all over the lake...the problem was trying to get to them on our rental boat...when we did manage to get to them,they went down. they would come back up like 30 seconds later, and we were able to get em.we also got a few on the bait n wait..all fish were in the 2 to 3 pound range..weather was very nice and there was not a lot of boat traffic...we did end up catching a few...thanks for reading

boils=8 stripers
bloodworms=1 striper
sardine=2 stripers
