Going out this weekend to Palos verdes!

Hey guys ill be taking the boat out this weekend to Rancho palos verdes provably out of cabrillo beach since redondo hoist hasnt been working. Ive had the long beach chart for some good spots. And i can always find the lingcods and sand bass and calicos. But ive never been able to land on a rock fish spot and i want to catch some reds. Could anyone point me to a good spot for rock fishing??
Ill also be looking around for the yellow tails since they're around (hopefully there is some good live bait)
I've only been fishing for about a year maybe a bit more so my spots bank is not so big.
Any help will be appreciated

Not a big Salt guy but you may need some direction on some of the closedto fishing MLPA areas near PV.

Nah the boat is more of an inshore so catalina is off the picture ;(
