Got on the road at 420am and arrived at Crowley lake around 10am to some serious wind. But ive seen it worse, so we decided to launch and give it a try. No launch lines at this time, so in the boat went quickly. Set out a flatline trolling setup and within the first 5 min we were bendo bigtime. After a nice fight, we netted a nice 6+ lb Rainbow. beautiful fish.46166 After the wind took over, we headed to crooked creek, to get out of freezing wind. Caught a few small dinks back there on crawlers. Later we went to convict lake where the wind was alot less. didnt launch boat, but caught a few more small dinks there also. besides the wind blowing too hard, it was a great trip with the 6 pounder. be back real soon.
