I hope this is okay to post on FNN
I seem to recall seeing a "home recipe" for touching up wood ... any thoughts or suggestions. Did it have something like 1/4 vinegar ... and 3/4 canola oil?

I do a lot of woodworking and have done refinishing of wood. What kind of wood are you trying to touch up (type, color and present finish)???

What kind of wood? And, what kind of damage?
The products mentioned above work well. I've used those marking pen styles and they can work on the right surface as well.

DAP Wood Stain Pen is what I've used before. Several light coats to blend, if it matches close. Good luck.
