My final weekend of spring break and what better way to end it than with a fishing trip. Arrived at the Bu around 7 and fished until 11. Tried Swimbaits, krocs and the LC. The hot ticket of the day was the LC. I have never fished this stretch of beach at low tide ,so it was interesting to see the different types of structure that you normally cannot see during high tide. However, I had to wade out pretty far just to reach some kelp patches/boiler rocks. Final fish count of the day 3 Calicos(largest ~14) and a 20 inch halibut. 8)

Hi ya fish4life,

Excellent session Sir!

A long while back ... one of my SWAT Brotha's pointed out that the halibut all have different markings and a different arrangement of white spots.

The spots on your halibut are outstanding! Nice and healthy fish!

Thanx for the fish report w/ pic's!
