Hey fellas ....long time no see! Been getting the big bites and just wanted to share . The Post spawners are on the prowl ! I took out the owner of Basstronix Baits for a short session and he nailed a 9 pounder.... he was super stoked! Sorry I cant give out to much info but...if you are looking to get on some of these fish then book a trip with my good friend Pete Marino. Pete will get you on fish .

Those are some real pretty fish. 'glad to see Perris is still kicking them out even with the low water conditions. Perris is going to get real crowded with DVL closing on the 15th!

Thanks James... Yep guys we've been destroying them at Perris... Both the worm bite and reaction bite are both REALLY good. Yesterday we had over 20 bass on reactions and another 15 bass on plastics.... Then the other day was the same over 24 total bass..most on reaction baits. Then before that we only threw plastics and had over 30 bass... To say its a great time to go would be an understatement.
The lake is up over 2 more ft over the last couple weeks. And is expected to rise again another ft or two over the next couple weeks. Perris is good to go. Defintely not closing.. The water is up over 4-ftover the last month or two..

Me and Bassgrabber have also went out for short sessions and put on absolute clinics.. We've had guys watch us and end up moving on because we were catching so many bass and they weren't catching any....kinda comical. lol

Thanks BassinPLS .... the lake is pretty much wide open . As for when DVL closes well yeah its going to get bad im sure but in the last 20 years fishing Perris , there are always some fish willing to bite under pressure.

Nice fish guys....I am quietly having VERY good days at Perris myself. I hope this quality population of fish gets managed carefully when DVL closes.
