If you need to launch a boat the ramp at the Fire Station at Warner and PCH behind the Mobile Station might be open still. However it is very steep at low tide. I don't see why they can't put a pontoon bridge across the small and shallow creek. With this drought I dought it will wash away in a rain storm.

Forgot to advise the parking is meter only 2 or 3 hours at a time.
