Perris Feb 1st

I Since I'm not a big football fan I decided to load up the little guy and the boat and hit Perris yesterday. We hit several spots throughout the day without much luck and decided to roll over to the dam for the heck of it. While we didn't cross anything big we did see a ton of 1-3lb LMB cruising the rocks. We got a few to go on some really finessey split shot & drop shot stuff. The boy shook his skunk off from the last couple of DVL trips and was quite pleased with himself (I'm always proud of him no matter how he does). It was a beautiful day and we had a great time as always.

Mid to late Winter always bass near areas with lots of rocks,boulders....glad had fun on the lake

awwww I used to ice jig fish right off that boat all the time....Sux how low the lake is.
