Hows it going everyone, so seeing how fishing has been slow i took some time to set up my new rod holster and gear let me know what you guys think.

Here is the gear i have in/on my holster bag and belt:
Water tight tackle box with tackle
small spools of #4,#6,#15 floro leaders
knife
tape measure
sand spike
head lamp
about 3ft of rope or so
gulp sand worms
galaxy s 5 cell phone with selfie stick
lip gripers
pliers
metal fish stringer clip
water proof list of fish regs
and most important fishing license

As for rod, reel, and line here is what i use.
Set up #1: Abu Garcia Revo Winch on a 9ft Daiwa ML rod with 20lb power pro backing, 12lb mono top shot and 4lb floro leader.

Set up #2: Abu Garcia Revo Toro NaCl 60 on a 9ft Daiwa H rod with 40lb power pro backing, 20lb mono top shot and 15lb floro leader.

That set up is really cool. Might want to be careful walking under trees or buildings with the rods pointing straight up.

Thanks, I'm not worried about over head stuff. My rods are 2pc and i usually don't place them into my holster until i hit the water, so even if i did have to watch out for over head stuff i can just keep the rods in hand until all is clear. Thanks for the feed back.

Thanks guys. Hey Todd my boy hows it going there man? Yeah your actually right it is a nail bag a Husky one to be exact lol and it fits like a glove and works like a charm. Shoot for 20 bucks and a 1"x16" PVC and some creativity thats all i needed to make this work and ill say it works better than any rod holster i have tried in the past. Husky was not lying when they said multi propose bag lol. Thanks Husky for the rod holster lol.

Just giving you a hard time , looks like everything you would ever need . better than my old fanny pack that you always need to get what is on the bottom .Good luck and get another halibut , RedondoTodd.
